Why was my order cancelled?

According to the information provided on the official site of the NFL Shop, there can be three different reasons for an order to be canceled. These are as follows:

1. Out of Stock: Your order may be canceled because the product you purchased is not in stock and cannot be reproduced.
2. Order Verification: The billing, credit card, or other relevant information you provided through the system while performing your purchase may not be verified or found. In this case, your order will be canceled.
3. Customized Requirements: If it turns out that the item you purchased does not meet certain criteria of the NFL Shop, your order may be canceled. The basic accepted criteria can be listed as follows:

• No slang, phrases or profanity will be accepted
• Team Licensing Restrictions

What do I do if my order is lost?

The delivery time of a product may be delayed or when you check it from the order status section, the product may appear to be delivered. If you still do not receive the product, do not hesitate to contact the company. NFL Shop, ready to compensate for this negative situation you experience with replacement or refund, provides active support in this regard. However, in order to make a complaint about the product, you must report the problem within 90 days after the shipment date of the product. How can I track the status of my return?

What is NFL Shop’s return policy?

1. You have 90 days from the day the product is shipped to return a product.
2. If you want to return a Manufacturer Direct item, don’t forget to contact us within thirty days at the most.
3. Products in the following product group cannot be returned:

• Customized Merchandise
• Final Sale Merchandise
• Game Used Merchandise
• Products that are broken, altered or worn
• Products used
• Products not packed with attached tags, manufacturer’s tags
• Products without sanitary lining

Note: It may take up to ten business days for your product to be returned and your money sent to your account. After the money is sent to your account, you may need to wait between 2 and 7 days for the bank transfer process before you can withdraw this money.

What are shipping costs & timeframes?

There are two different delivery services provided by NFL Shop.

1. Standard Delivery: Thanks to the standard delivery service offered in a total of 48 states in the USA region, you can have the chance to receive your product in 3 to 7 days. However, there are some states where standard delivery requires a longer time.  At AK, HI, U.S. Territories, and PO Boxes, this process can take between 7 and 14 business days. Since it is a long-distance, an additional 11.5 percent tax fee is reflected to the system. The standard delivery service time to APO and FPO regions can be extended up to 4 weeks.
2. Faster Delivery: Not available for PO Boxes, APO, and FPO zones, this service is available in 48 continentals of the United States. Those who benefit from this service can get their products faster thanks to the shipment made within 3 working days. The same service can also provide shipment within 2 business days in 48 different continental US. In addition, if you request shipment on the next business day, you can take advantage of it using ”by end of the day”, ”by noon” or ”includes Saturday delivery” options.

   In addition to these, NFL Shop also ships to Canada, Mexico, Europian Union (28 countries), Australia, New Zeeland regions. The price tariff may differ for each country. 

Does Promotional Credit expire?

Yes. At the end of the year you earned promotional credit’s, your credit will be automatically canceled. To give time exactly; 11:59 PM EST 12/31 of the year in which it was earned.

How can I buy a gift card?
