What is the return policy of Lids Store?

If you want to return a product you bought from the Lids Store and you have received your product in the United States, you can easily perform transactions through the Returns Center. Click here to go to the Returns Center. When you click, the page you will see will request your email address and order number. After entering this information, you can click the “Start a Return” button in the lower right corner.

Let’s add a little note: If you don’t remember the Order ID, click on the “I don’t remember my Order ID” option and start doing the actions that the page will direct you to.

According to the policy determined by the institution, you have the chance to return the products you purchased within 90 days and get a refund. These ninety days start from the day shipping started. If you want to return a Manufacturer Direct referral product, a different process can work. In this case, you will need to contact Lids within 30 days. In this way, Lids can create a return request.
Generally, the refund process is completed within 7 to 10 days after your return is made. Sometimes 10 business days may be requested for the return process. 3. Used, worn, or washed products

What are the shipping options offered by Lids?

Since the institution provides services in the international area, it may request different shipping periods and fees to countries such as Canada, New Mexico, the European Union, or Australia. We will prefer to provide you with information about the shipping service in the USA. If you wish, you can quickly examine:

1. Standard Delivery: If you use standard delivery in line with the service you receive from Lids, your delivery will be provided within 3 to 7 days. This service applies to 48 continents in the US. However, the remaining two regions were not included in this period. There may be a different shipping period for AK, HI, US Territories, and PO BOXES. Usually, the shipment in these regions takes between 7 and 14 days. In addition, the company requests an additional sales tax of 11.5 percent for shipping to PR regions. The standard shipment time to APO and FPO is determined as 4 weeks.
2. Faster Delivery: People who want to reach the ordered product as quickly as possible can choose the faster delivery option. However, this service is not available for PO Boxes, APO / FPO. Therefore, people living in this region have to benefit from standard delivery.
   Faster delivery service usually provides shipping to 48 states within a maximum of 3 business days. If you pay a slightly higher shipping fee, delivery can be provided within 2 business days. This service is also only available for 48 states.
   Next Business Day service is available for 48 continentals, but in order to benefit from this service, you must have placed your order by noon the previous day. You can divide the service into three: If you wish, you can get your delivery by the end of the day, by noon, or by Saturday.

If you have ordered a customized product, the company may not be able to cancel or change it. Because, unfortunately, it is legally impossible to carry out such operations for the products that are started to be produced. But if you have bought ready-made products in the retail store and want to cancel them, this is usually the case. For this, we recommend that you talk to customer services. The modification process cannot be performed in the following situations:

1. Customized Items: If the product is produced within the framework of your special request, if your number, name, surname, photo, or a different personalized area is to be found on the product, the calcellation process may not be performed.
2. Personalized Manufacturer Direct Items: Other personalized products that must be produced directly by the manufacturer cannot be returned.
